Alice Montacute countess of Salisbury is indicted in parliament for treasonable conspiracy at Middleham, along with her husband and sons, the duke of York and his oldest sons and numerous other York and Nevill supporters.

    Hi! Have you ever visited ‘The KIngmaker’ exhibition at Warwick Castle. I first went 3 years ago, and then last week. Just posted some of the pix at ‘Piers’ Place’:> It’s a brilliant exhibition – very educational!

    Well, if you read my comments, you’ll see I’m not thrilled about it, but I do think the KIngmaker exhibition is a brilliant educational tool. It’s taken me some time to accept the changes in castle visits from when I first started visiting them.
